Pre-order and back-orderen items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping costs + deslivery times

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday through Friday, to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing typically takes 1 business day. Delivery times are calculated based on business days (Monday–Friday).

We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Morocco on all orders over $100 (or the equivalent amount in MAD). No promo code is required.

For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Morocco. Certain items may require special shipping methods due to their nature or local shipping regulations.

International shipping

We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
